Terms of Use
Effective date: 2 May 2026. Last updated: 2 May 2026.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of audit.dfbl-solution.com (the "Site"), operated by DFBL Limited. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the marketing website only. The DFBL Audit SaaS application is provided to customers under a separate Master Services Agreement; nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide the SaaS or any consulting service.
2. Who we are
DFBL Limited is a company incorporated in Ireland under company number 772000, with its registered office at:
DFBL Limited
The Tara Building
11-15 Tara Street
Dublin 2, D02 RY83
Ireland
3. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own business evaluation purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any content of the Site without our prior written authorisation;
- use any automated system to extract data from the Site, except for legitimate search-engine indexing;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the underlying servers, or any related systems;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Site;
- submit false or misleading information through any form or request on the Site.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, mockups, product screenshots, methodology descriptions) is owned by or licensed to DFBL Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The names "DFBL" and "DFBL Audit" are trademarks of DFBL Limited. Any third-party names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
5. Methodology and indicative content
The Site describes a commercial transformation audit method and the deliverables it can generate. Any framework, figure, or example shown is provided for orientation only. It does not constitute a contractual commitment, a guarantee of outcome, financial advice, or an audit opinion within the meaning of any regulated profession. Our engagements are an obligation of means, not of results: the tool proposes and structures, the client decides. Figures produced in an engagement rest on the data the client provides; what is unknown stays to be measured.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party services we use to operate, in particular TidyCal (meeting scheduling) and our customer-facing SaaS application. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, its content, or its uninterrupted availability, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DFBL Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFBL Limited from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland (Dublin) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers ordinarily resident in another EU member state retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
